Setting Your Company Goals Through OKRs

The most important indicator of whether you're not you'll reach the vision you have for your company is if you have a defined goal-setting system. Most founders do not do this: they try to do too much, their goals are hazily defined, and they're not tracked. What happens is founders look up every six months or so and ask, "Why am I always behind where I want to be...???"

Run in collaboration with CASEWORX, Setting Your Company Goals Through OKRs is a day-long workshop for founders to set their goals for Q1 2021. We will work on the following:

  • Learn about OKRs and other goal-setting systems (SMART, PPP, etc.)

  • Differentiate between the strategic and tactical goals for your company

  • Build and iterate your company's Q1 OKRs with other founders

  • Create a tracking system to follow, communicate, and grade goal performance

  • Institute an accountability group to keep everyone on track
