Audiosinc was founded with a mission to enhance learning experience for students and make higher education truly accessible to everyone. Our purpose is to empower students to stay organized and focus on what matters most in and out of the classroom – Learning.
We are currently in MVP development phase but secured traction from two institutions in the last 6 months : Santa Clara University and College of Veterinary Medicine - University of Missouri. We will pilot our solution with faculty at these institutions in Fall to prove the efficacy of our solution. Our success at these 2 universities will give us access to 10K students.
We offer subscription based licenses to faculty and students as part of our initial customer acquisition strategy. As we build user base and prove efficacy of our solution, we plan to distribute our software to institutions through 3rd party vendors such as Learning Management System (LMS) vendors and Textbook publishers. Our revenue model will be annual contracts based on number of users. Our customer acquisition strategy is to have multiple users within the same class session so our acquisition cost as well as operation costs are minimum.
Total Available Market (4500+ Institutions, 5M Faculty/ students, 4 courses/qrtr); Serviceable Addressable Market (18% STEM enrollments); Target Market (160K Paid Users, 2 course/quarter by Year 5)

It took us 3 years to get from 0 to first 1000 registered users and just 3 weeks to reach the next 1000 (all organically). We have increased our user base at a rate of 30-35% MoM basis during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have increased our MAUs by almost 150% "End of June" Vs "End of March". Other than the growth during the pandemic and introducing our own video tool (similar to Zoom), over the last 12 months we have improved a lot in terms of the product and unlocked additional revenue streams.
